NXP sales top $6bn

NXP had 2015 sales of of $6.1 billion, up 8% from 2014, including approximately one month of revenue contribution from Freescale after completing the acquisition on December 7th.


Revenue from high performance mixed signal (HPMS) was $4.72 billion, up 12% year-on-year.
Standard Product  revenue was $1.24 billion, down 3% on 2014.
Operating income was $1.68 billion, up 19% on 2014.
Free cash flow was $996 million.
For Q4 revenue was $1.61 billion, up 4% year-on-year, and up nearly 6% on Q3.
HPMS Q4 revenue was $1.31 billion, up 12% on both Q3 and on Q4 2014.
Standard Product revenue was $271 million, down 18% from Q4 2014 and down 17% on Q3.
NXP generated $180 million free cash flow in the quarter.
